My name is Bronwyn, I live in Wodonga, Victoria.
Living in a small country town I had decided that I had wanted to return to work,I knew this would be something very hard for me, I worked up until I had children, back then you didn't need a piece of paper to say that you could do something and now all of the experience that I had would mean nothing without that small piece of paper, I had worked in an office doing various tasks so to me that would mean multiple courses to get the certificates to say I had do what I had done. Prior to children my career was in the Transport Industry, knowing it would be a difficult career to get back into I decided to find a new challenge
I knew that I would need something that would allow my to also be a full time mother also. I have 2 wonderful children who are 5 and 4, I also have a wonderful partner who has supported me in my decision to return to work.
Like any mother my main concern was being home when my children finished school and being able to help with homework, not to mention my children having mum there to collect them from school and hear all about the school day and what my children have gotten out of the school day, not to mention school holidays, It is extremely costly to send them to care during holidays not to mention the lack of space.
I have found that FM allows me to do all the above and more importantly it gives me flexibility to work around the needs of a busy family life.
